Instructions:

1.

Clean peppers and leeks, rinse and cut into cubes or 5 mm thick rings. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic.

2.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan (or wok). Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add greens. Sauté for 5 min, stirring occasionally.

Remove everything, set aside.

3.

Pour remaining oil into frying pan, heat and fry the meat in it for about 3 minutes, turning. Season with soy sauce and thyme leaves.

Add the vegetables.

4.

Chop the cheese into small cubes, add to the frying pan and fry briefly until it melts a little. Season the dish with salt and pepper and put it on the table.

Note: The dish is just as good with beef, turkey or possibly chicken. If one of these meats is on offer at the moment, go for it.

If you want to support the Asian character of the vegetable pan, you can mix in pineapple pieces and a little pineapple juice. Thicken with binder to make a delicious sauce, which you can then serve with rice.

Tip: Give fresh thyme preference over the dried!
