For the grilled salmon, wash the salmon and cut the skin, stuff the chopped herbs into the skin slits, rub the fish with olive oil, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Then place on the grill for about 10 minutes with the skin side facing up, preferably in a grill tray so the fish doesn’t stick and fall apart.
In the meantime, prepare the cucumber salad.
Wash and grate the cucumber, season with salt and pepper, finely chop the mint and add to the cucumber, add pressed garlic.
Then mix with sour cream and yogurt to taste. Figure conscious people can also use only yogurt.
Arrange the grilled salmon with the salad and serve with herb baguette.
