For the salmon in pointed peppers, wash the two pointed peppers and divide them into four halves. Cut the piece of salmon into 8 equal pieces and place two pieces in each bell pepper half. Wash the lemon and cut it in half. Cut one half into 8 equal sized pieces and place two pieces in each with the salmon. Squeeze the other half and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, fresh thyme and a pinch of sugar and pour over the salmon. Wrap the salmon boats in aluminum foil and grill the salmon in pointed peppers for about 15 minutes.
