Instructions:

Swell long grain rice in 1/2 l boiling hot salted water for about 15 minutes and put aside.

Mix curd cheese and eggs and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut ham into small cubes and stir into curd mixture together with defrosted peas and long grain rice. Form into a flat, greased gratin dish and smooth down. Bake in a heated oven at 225 degrees (gas stove: level 4, convection oven: 190 degrees) for about 35 minutes.

Serve with: fresh leaf salad

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
