For the Mediterranean olive butter, season the soft butter with salt and pepper and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy. Finely chop the garlic, olives and dried tomatoes, as well as the herbs (rosemary, parsley).

Mix everything together and form into a roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. If necessary, cut into slices and serve.
