Beef Roast From the Crockpot

Brown the meat on all sides in a little oil. Put it in the crockpot form. Add one onion, cut into 6-8 pieces.

Season (we do not use salt, but a garlic-herb mixture and form a little bit of garlic and pepper to it. Cover with water.

Fit in the crockpot! (My first roast did not fit!).

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
