For the rum slices, preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Cover a baking tray with baking paper, separate the eggs, weigh out all ingredients.

Melt the cooking chocolate over steam and allow to cool slightly. Beat egg whites until stiff. Cream butter, yolks and sugar. Add chocolate.

Fold in flour and beaten egg whites. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake at about 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, rum and lemon juice and spread on the hot cake. Let cool and then cut into rum pieces.
