For Reef and Beef, first rinse the shrimp with cold water. Cut open the shell on the back and remove the intestinal cord. For the marinade, pluck the parsley leaves from the stem and chop finely. Peel the garlic clove and also chop finely. Finely chop the chili pepper. Mix the spices and herbs with the olive oil and let the shrimp soak in it. Grill on the grill for about 3 minutes on each side – the shrimp will have a nice red color.
Coat the rump steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on the grill rack and cook as desired: 3 minutes on each side for “rare”, 6 minutes per side for “medium”, and 10 minutes per side for “well done”.
Wash the arugula and drain well. Dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Place shrimp and steaks side by side on plates and garnish Reef and Beef with the arugula salad.
