For the breaded minute steaks, salt and pepper the minute steaks and flatten them slightly. Finely crumble cornflakes, grate cheese rind or finely chop in a cutter.
Then turn the meat in flour, beat the egg and pull the floured pieces of meat through the egg. Finally, place the egg-coated minute steaks in the cornflakes-cheese crumb mixture and place it very firmly on the meat.
Heat the oil and fry the breaded minute steaks for about 3 minutes on each side at about medium heat.
