For the puff pastry muffins, grate the zucchini and cheese. Mix zucchini, cheese, (possibly ham, also chopped), cream and mustard. Season with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal squares and line a muffin tray with them. Make sure there is enough pastry overhanging to be able to fold the muffins closed.

Pour the filling into the pastry lined molds and fold the overhanging pastry over the top. Muffins should be completely covered in batter so they don’t ooze out. Brush muffins with a little milk and place in oven. Bake the puff pastry muffins at 200°, for about 30 minutes with hot air.
