For the raspberry curd:


Mash the potatoes with a fork and a little milk – pieces may remain. Prepare a dough from the remaining ingredients and add the potato mixture. Knead thoroughly. The dough must be very firm. Be careful with the milk! Then let rise covered in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead again and then form 2 loaves. Let rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Place a container of water in the oven. Place the loaves on a board lined with baking paper and cut into the top with a sharp knife. Bake the breads for 1 hour. Let cool. Spread with raspberry curd and serve.Raspberry Curd:Wash raspberries and drain well. In a bowl, cream curd with yogurt and sugar. Fold in raspberries and season with wine.
