For the turkey burgers, first mix the turkey mince with salt and pepper and the spring onions and form into two patties. Fry in oil on both sides for 10 minutes until the meat is no longer raw.

Then place two lettuce slices and the sliced radishes on the bread. Mix the yogurt with the ketchup and season with a little salt.

Then spread on the salad and put the patties on top. Serve with garnish of your choice.
