For the potato egg bake, cook the potatoes in steam until soft, peel and slice. Peel hard-boiled eggs and also cut into slices.

Cut sausage into cubes. Mix these ingredients together. Mix sour cream with eggs, salt and pepper and pour over potato mixture.

Now pour into a buttered pan and bake until a golden brown crust appears.
