Prepare a dough from flour, milk, egg, sugar and salt. Pour into a hot frying pan, spread thinly and toast until lightly crispy on both sides. Then remove from the frying pan.

Add whipped cream, milk and sugar to the hot frying pan. Add the apple cut into slices. Simmer until the apple is soft but not overcooked. Season the sauce with rum and cinnamon.

Pour the sauce into the pancakes, fold in half and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes. Serve the pancakes warm.
