Try this delicious cake recipe:
For the dough:
Beat eggs, powdered sugar and water until very thick and creamy. Using a dough lifter, carefully fold flour, cocoa and baking powder into the egg mixture. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 170 °C for 20 to 30 minutes, then cool.
For the topping:
Mix the vanilla sugar, QimiQ, sour cream and sugar with a whisk until smooth. Finally, fold in the stiffly whipped cream and spread on the cooled dough. Spread raspberries evenly on top of the mixture.
Cook cake jelly according to package directions and carefully pour over slices. Place in refrigerator for one night.
Cut castle slices into pleasing pieces and bring to table.
