Instructions:

For the pancake, melt the dark chocolate in the whipped cream and chill in the icebox for several hours or overnight.

Beat the chocolate cream until fluffy. Place a pancake on a plate and spread some of the chocolate cream on it.

Sprinkle a few raspberries on top and cover again with a pancake. Repeat this process until all the pancakes are used up.

Decorate the pancake cake with some chocolate cream and some raspberries and serve.
