1) Butter the baking tray with a higher edge (30×40 cm large) and sprinkle with flour. Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

2) Select blueberries, rinse briefly and drain well.

3) Mix soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, a little salt and grated lemon peel until creamy.

4) Gradually add the warm eggs and beat until creamy. Sift flour on top and fold in. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with blueberries.

5) Bake cake in heated oven (middle rack) until golden brown (1 hour).

Remove cake from oven, cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and divide into portions.
