5-Spice Meat with Basmati Rice

Stir through 5-spice powder and ™liter. Rinse lamb, dry and cut strips. Mix with the spice ™liter and infuse for 1 hour.

Peel onions and cut into eighths. Rinse broccoli and cut into pieces.

Cook basmati and long grain green rice in boiling hot salted water for 10 min until tender.

Heat wok and roast lamb in it, turning, for 5 min. Add onions and broccoli, roast as well. Extinguish with water and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes with the lid closed.

Drain long grain rice on a sieve and offer with it.
