For the feta corners, mash the feta with a fork and mix with the spices. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.

Place 2 sheets of strudel, brush with olive oil and cut lengthwise into three strips of equal width. Divide filling into 6 portions.

Place one portion of the filling on the bottom of each strip of dough and fold a corner over it to form a triangle.

Fold this triangle over the short and long sides alternately until the dough strip is used up. Fill and fold the remaining strips of dough in the same way.

Brush all feta corners with olive oil and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
