For the carbonara sauce with feta, cut the bacon into small cubes.
Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic in it. Remove the garlic from the oil and fry the bacon in it.
In a bowl, mash the feta with a fork and mix it with the yolks. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the al dente cooked pasta to pan and mix with the bacon. Then pour over the yolk mixture and mix well.
Serve your pasta with carbonara sauce with feta still hot!
