For the feta cheese jalapenos, wash the jalapenos, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and the light flesh.
Cut the feta cheese about 1×1 cm thick. Adjust the length of the feta cheese to fit the space in the jalapenos. Fill the jalapenos with feta cheese and reassemble with the second half.
