Instructions:

Make a clear soup from the ingredients, prepare the meat to a leaf salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and yogurt.

Sauté the onions and garlic, cut into tiny pieces, in oil until translucent.

Pour the clear soup through a fine sieve into the saucepan.

Add canned tomatoes (without juice but seeded), tomato pulp, parsley, paradeis pulp and basil.

Season with salt, pepper and a touch of sugar.

The soup should have a creamy consistency, maybe add a little more tomato pulp.

Simmer everything without a lid for 20-25 minutes on low heat.

Form a smooth mass from the grated cheese, egg and oil.

Put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

It is best to make the dumpling mixture before boiling the clear soup.

Cut the mixture into slices and form dumplings.

Add these to the soup 5-6 min before the end of cooking.

If you don’t like cheese, form sausage mixture into dumplings and let them simmer for the last few minutes.

To the soup fits best flat bread and/or to the emergency also long grain rice.

And also a glass of sparkling wine goes well with it.

Tip: Use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
