Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

(*) for mother and 1 child (1-3 years) Simmer broccoli whole in enough salted water for about ten minutes (Tk broccoli cook according to package directions). Drain (reserving broccoli broth), drain, separate roses from stem base (perhaps cut in half lengthwise) and keep warm. Cut off broccoli stem(s).

Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion until translucent. Add gravy and milk. Add broccoli stalk pieces and simmer in sauce for 10 min on low heat.

Add cheese, let it melt briefly, finely grind sauce. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Pour broccoli roses with the sauce and bring to the table.

Serve with noodles, gnocchi or potatoes.
