For the crunchy vitamin salad with avocado wedges, first wash all the vegetables.

Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Cut peppers into pieces and cherry tomatoes into halves. Chop the parsley and chop the broccoli. Put everything in a bowl and mix. Squeeze lemon and drizzle over the top.

Cut avocado lengthwise and remove pit. Carefully peel and cut into wedges. Place avocado wedges on top and drizzle with lemon as well. Salt the crunchy vitamin salad to taste.
