For the chicken legs in tangerine-ginger marinade, salt and pepper the chicken legs and place them in a deep container.

For the marinade, squeeze juice from 1 kg of tangerines. Squeeze garlic cloves, grate ginger finely.

Put all marinade ingredients in a pot, heat until honey is melted and all ingredients mix well.

Pour marinade over the chicken drumsticks and let marinate for at least 1 hour (but preferably for 24 hrs).

Place the chicken legs on the baking sheet (or in a baking dish). Pour a little marinade over them and put them in the oven preheated to 190 degrees.

Bake the chicken legs in tangerine-ginger marinade for 30 to 45 minutes until the crust is nice and crispy.
