For the curd cheese pear strudel, first beat the eggs (set some aside) with curd cheese, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla pudding and mix well.

Mix in the small pear pieces. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Spread the filling in the center, fold and brush with the remaining egg.

Bake the curd cheese pear strudel in the oven according to the instructions.
