Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the fennel-potatoes-chicken porridge, wash the fennel, remove the stalk and cut into cubes. Wash, peel and dice the potato, then dice the chicken. Boil chicken, potato and fennel cubes together in a little water until soft.

Drain and collect the cooking water. Puree with a hand blender and add a little more cooking water, depending on the desired consistency. Now stir in the sunflower oil.

If necessary, let the fennel-peanut-chicken mash cool down to eating temperature.
