Crisp Dessert with Banana and Brazil Nuts

Soak the muesli in the milk for approx. 15 minutes.

Chop Brazil nuts and roast a little in a heated pan without fat. Add maple syrup, stir briefly and remove from heat.

Peel bananas and cut into small pieces. Save a few slices for decoration. Mix the banana slices with the nut-maple mixture.

Strain the muesli, pour into bowls, spread the nut-banana mixture on top, garnish with banana yogurt and some banana pieces.
