For the sour cream dalken, mix the yolks with the cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar and fold into yolk mixture together with flour.

Put some butter in a pan and put 1 tablespoon of the batter in each pan and bake out. Mix powidl with some rum and put 2 and 2 together at a time.

Finally sprinkle the sour cream dalks with cinnamon sugar.
