For the Colorful Pasta Gratin, first wash the leek well and cut into fine rings.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and add the leek for the last 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and halve the tomatoes, wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
Wash and finely chop the parsley.
Beat the eggs with the whipped cream and season.
Strain the pasta with the leek and mix in the remaining vegetables.
Pour the pasta mixture into an ovenproof dish and pour the egg mixture over it so that everything is evenly covered.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at about 170 degrees until the cheese is melted and slightly brown. This will take about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, wash and finely chop the parsley.
When the Colorful Pasta Gratin comes out of the oven, serve immediately sprinkled with parsley.
