Put the minced beef in a baking dish. Finely chop half the olives. Peel and chop the garlic. Rinse and dry the parsley and pluck the leaves from the stems. Finely chop parsley with a large knife or alternatively a chopping knife. Peel onions. Finely dice one onion and chop the other onion into rings.

Spread prepared ingredients (except onion rings), tomato slices, salt, onion slices and spinach on top of pre-cooked ground beef dough. Top with remaining green olives and crumbled feta cheese.

Cover and finish cooking at 600 watts for 6 minutes.

Allow mince pizza to finish cooking in microwave oven turned off for 5 min. Rinse oregano, dry and pluck leaves from stems. Offer pizza with the oregano.

Add bread crumbs, pepper, oregano and egg to the mince. Knead accurately with the dough hook of the hand mixer until smooth.

Season to taste. Place minced meat dough in a round microwave-safe dish (about 300 mm). Press into the mold evenly with your hands. Cover with microwave foil and steam at 600 watts for 8 min. Defrost spinach leaves according to package instructions and let drain properly. Rinse tomatoes (peel to taste) and cut into small slices, remove green stalks. Coarsely crumble feta cheese.
