A bean recipe for every taste:
Roast the mince in a little bit of oil until it is lightly browned and crumbly. Cut the onions and garlic cloves into small pieces and roast them as well. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes and add them with the tomato paste and the dried chili peppers to the minced meat. Add the clear soup and simmer on low heat until the liquid has almost evaporated. Add the kidney beans and let them get warm. Add the sour cream or crème fraiche and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
