Clean herbs and flowers, wash if necessary and dry again.

For the dressing, mix fir-tip vinegar with canola oil and season with sea salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a frying pan and brown lightly. Sauté mushrooms in it and season with sea salt and pepper.

Drizzle herbs with dressing and serve.
