Pass the meat through a meat grinder.
Drizzle toast with milk. Remove the peel from the vegetable onion, dice and add to the mince form. Then season the meat with cayenne, ginger and mustard.
Chop the rosemary needles and add them as well. Mix eggs, salt and pepper with the meat mixture. Squeeze the toast and add it to the mixture.
Shape the quantity into meat loaves and roast them in not too hot olive oil.
