Chicory with Mince

Sauté onions and garlic in oil until soft. Add minced meat, brown well and season. Add gravy and chopped rosemary. Deglaze with white wine and a little water if necessary.

Cover and simmer over low heat.

In the meantime, cut chicory cones into quarters lengthwise. Sauté in oil in a frying pan, season. Douse with water and continue cooking with the lid closed until the chicory is cooked (about 10 min).

Spread evenly over the mince and top with the cheese slices. Cover and continue cooking until the cheese has melted.
