Grease the roaster. Cut the meat into small cubes of goulash. Form in the roaster, season a little bit with salt and season with pepper. Add peeled, diced onions, drained peas/spinach/pineapple.

In a large measuring cup mix whipped cream, curry sauce and chili sauce, pour over the ingredients. Cover the roaster with aluminum foil and cook in the heated oven on the middle shelf at 180 degrees for 2 hours. Either bring directly to the table or reheat later (up to 24 hours later), then cool in between.

Serve with pasta, baguette or long-grain rice.

Tastes just as “pure” without mushrooms, peas, pineapple, depending on your mood, one or possibly all of these additions can be varied or omitted altogether.
