For the fruit bread mix flour, baking powder, fruit of choice. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites to snow.
Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and gradually stir in the yolks. Finally, stir in the mixed flour with a little milk and fold in the beaten egg whites.
Grease two molds (like the one in the photo or a loin mold) and flour them.
Pour in the mixture and bake the fruit loaf at 170°C for about 35 minutes.
