Tenderize chicken cutlets and fry in butter on both sides over high heat until golden brown. Put the meat aside, wash and finely slice the mushrooms, cut the smoked ham into thin strips and sauté together in the drippings until soft. Deglaze with beer and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve with vegetable mix.
