Clean cauliflower and divide into rosesPeel potatoes and cut into small piecesCook both in salted water uncovered for 20 minClean iceberg lettuce and pluck into coarse piecesCut tomato into 4 slices, peel cucumber in strips and cut into narrow slicesStir salad cream with yogurt, curry powder and salt until smoothDrain and steam cauliflower and potatoesPush half through a potato ricer and cool a littleMashed potato powder, Mix in egg yolk, salt and nutmegCarefully fold in remaining cauliflower and remaining potatoesDivide the mixture into 4 portions and form into meatballsIn a coated frying pan, toast hamburger buns in 2 tbsp. oil on both sides for 3-4 min. 5 min roast (gas 3, convection oven 180 °C )Fill with lettuce, curry cream, tomato, cucumber, meatball and curry cream.
