For the creamy cauliflower, dice onion, fry in a little oil, divide cauliflower into small florets, add to onion and fry briefly. Pour 250 ml of water, crumble soup cubes and sprinkle on top.

Cook the cauliflower until al dente, stir in Philadelphia and refine the creamy cauliflower with chopped parsley.
