Instructions:

For the must casserole, first preheat the oven to 150 °C. Grease an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat the sugar, yolks and cinnamon until foamy. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour yolk mixture and snow alternately into the form. Bake for about 45 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Bring all the ingredients to the boil and allow to infuse. Pour through a sieve (so that the cinnamon stick and cloves do not go with it) over the warm must casserole.
