First, mix the butter with curd cheese and a pinch of salt.

Stir in the eggs one by one, add the flour and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Cut the chocolate into small cubes to taste. Wash apricots well, remove pit and replace with the chocolate pieces.

Form the dough into a roll, divide it into 16 pieces and cover the apricots with it.

Bring water to boil, add salt and a little sugar and a good dash of rum.

Put in dumplings, simmer gently until they rise to the surface and turn.

Mix breadcrumbs and nuts, lightly roast in butter and roll the finished apricot dumplings in it.
