For the cauliflower pizza dough, remove the cauliflower florets from the stalk and boil for 15 minutes until soft. Drain the water and puree the cauliflower and allow to cool.
Place a tea towel in a colander and place the cauliflower in the towel and squeeze until no more liquid comes out. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mix the cauliflower puree with eggs and spices and press firmly on a baking paper. Bake for 45 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Occasionally open the oven and let the steam escape.
Top as desired and finish baking for another 15 minutes.
