For the blueberry pancake separate the eggs, beat with sugar and lemon snow (creamy not too firm).

Mix yolks, milk and flour until it looks like a pancake batter and fold into the snow.

Pour into a non-stick pan, add blueberries and bake until golden. Then turn and chop.
