Instructions:

For the raspberry ice cream, sort and clean the raspberries. If possible, do not wash them.

Puree the raspberries and sugar in a blender and pour into a shallow container.

Freeze and stir frequently while freezing.

Whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff to taste.

When the raspberry ice cream is frozen, pour the raspberry brandy into the dessert bowls, place the ice cream in balls on top and top with whipped cream.
