Try this delicious cake recipe:

Heat the milk with the sugar and the nut nougat cream on medium heat, stirring continuously, until the nn cream is completely dissolved. Then add the cinnamon and gingerbread spice and let it bubble up briefly while stirring. Allow to cool.

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Now add the cooled gingerbread nougat cinnamon milk to the whipped cream while stirring continuously.

Add the honey and rum flavoring to this amount.

Add optional ingredients as desired.

Form this quantity in the ice cream maker and freeze to a creamy solid ice cream.

Notes: exceptionally recommended is Schwartau’s rum flavor, as it is made with real rum. The freezing time is much longer than for normal ice cream (about 1 hour).
