For the tuna ramezzini, place the tuna in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Finely chop the capers and mix with the tuna, cream cheese and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
Place 2 slices of toast together with a thick layer of tuna spread. Cut 2x diagonally to make small triangles.
Dip the intersections into the chive rolls and serve the tuna ramezzini.
