Fry the shrimps in oil (I) over high heat in a frying pan.

Remove from heat and extinguish with the wine, mash and season heartily with the spices.

While whisking continuously with a hand-held mixer, add the oil (Ii) gradually until the sauce thickens.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
