Instructions:

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the green stalks, cut in half lengthwise and slice diagonally. Peel the shallot and cut into narrow rings. In a small baking bowl, mix the tomato slices and onion rings with the oil, soy sauce, juice of one lemon and a tiny bit of pepper. Fold the cream cheese and chives into the lettuce. Let stand for a few minutes. Rating: Very good!

Goes well with: cooked, peeled potatoes or green seed cakes.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
