Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs and place in a large bowl. Place the ingredients for the sauce, except for the young onion, sesame seeds and coriander, in a saucepan and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, then whisk finely in a hand mixer. Leftover. Add ingredients and pour over ribs form. Marinate for 15 min. Preheat stove to 300 degrees (150). Line fat pan with aluminum, place ribs on grill rack on fat pan and bake for 1, 5 hours. They are good when meat begins to shrink from end of bone.
To serve, cut into segments of 3 or possibly 4 ribs. Serve with garlic mashed potatoas and leaf lettuce.
This marinade is also great as a sauce for pancakes or ice cream, but then without garlic and chili sauce, otherwise also as a marinade for cutlets, pork loin or as a dip for shrimp.
